Yoga is an ancient practice of physical movement, breath, meditation and self-study. Its roots may be ancient but its innumerous applications and benefits are as relevant now as they ever were - perhaps even more so as we increase the speed of life and outer distractions.

Yoga provides you with tools to unlock physical and emotional blockages stored in the body and can provide relief for all manner of physical and mental ailments. All that is required is a commitment to step on to the mat….and to keep stepping on! Yoga is a practice. But you’ve got to start somewhere, right? Be brave. Face what comes up. And enjoy the freedom that comes once you realise you can do more than you think you can!

Erica’s classes are dynamic, fun, sometimes challenging, ultimately calming and always incorporate a rocking playlist. Her approach is energetic, encouraging and always with love. She is passionate about helping students shed what no longer serves them!
Her vinyasa/flow teaching style is influenced by Jivamukti, Ashtanga and Kundalini yoga styles - in particular, teachers Mick Barnes, Idit Hefer Tamir, Patty Kikos and Karo Tak. Erica also incorporates teachings from life coaches/personal development mentors such as Tony Robbins, Kyle Cease and her own coach and mentor, Michael Nitti.
